RDM Solutions is operated by Marine Zero Holdings Limited. Marine Zero Holdings Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in connection with RDM Solutions enquiries and services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact or work with us, we may collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number and postcode;
- details about your property, organisation, requested service, preferred timing and enquiry;
- messages and correspondence sent through our forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp;
- newsletter subscription details, where you choose to subscribe;
- project, quotation, appointment, invoice and payment records if you become a customer; and
- limited technical and security information such as IP address, browser information and anti-spam verification data.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form. If a project involving independent-living support requires sensitive information, we will explain what is needed and how it will be handled.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights and only use information where those interests are not overridden by your privacy interests.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it only where necessary with:
- Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, traffic delivery, security and Turnstile anti-spam services;
- Resend, which sends website enquiry emails to us;
- our email, communications, IT, accounting and business-administration providers;
- WhatsApp/Meta, if you choose to contact us using WhatsApp;
- trusted subcontractors or suppliers where needed to assess or complete your requested work, with information limited to what they need;
- professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where necessary or legally required; and
- a buyer or successor if our business or relevant assets are reorganised, sold or transferred.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, together with suitable security measures.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Customer, project, contract, invoice and accounting records may be kept for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction, or longer where the law requires.
- Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or we stop providing the newsletter.
- Security and technical records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, subject to our providers’ retention arrangements.
We may keep information for longer if it is needed for an active dispute, legal claim, regulatory request or safeguarding concern.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to particular uses.
You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests and to object at any time to direct marketing.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, use our secure enquiry form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies and similar technologies
We currently use only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics cookies.
